One Thing Attracts Everything

Confidence is not the absence of fear. Rather, it is the ability to shine as your true authentic self, even when you are under pressure. When you do this, you attract opportunities, gain credibility and inspire others.

If confidence is the one thing that attracts everything, then it begs the question, how do you get it? Life experience is one answer, but it goes deeper than that. I think the core of confidence is self-awareness.

If you deeply understand who you are, what matters most to you and how you impact others, you are operating at a frequency that attracts what you want. You get jobs, new clients, better relationships...the list goes on and on.

Start here:

· Know your values and operate from them.

· Understand your genus skills and employ yourself using them as much as possible.

· Align your life with your natural interests. Do things that give you energy.

· Recognize your impact on others (both positive and negative).

This short list is not magical but it does offer manageable guidance. Most of the time, you are your biggest obstacle. I invite you to start today--appreciating your gifts and allowing your confidence to shine.
