It’s an amazing platform where you can change people’s lives without the hassle of marketing your services.
- The concept of working with a career coach virtually has matured in this post-pandemic era. Not too long ago, you needed an office and could only service people who could drive to your place of business. Now you can help anyone, anywhere in the world. Wow, that’s amazing, and it massively expands your consumer reach.
- The labor market is both frozen and erratic. Combine this with the existential hangover people are dealing with after working from home during the pandemic. Folks are longing for freedom and meaningful work. They are reaching out to career coaches in large numbers, seeking a solid process to follow to determine who they are and what they want.
